We have over 25 small groups across the city of Derby and they are organised into clusters.  There are a number of reasons for this, including:
- An extra layer of community in a large church
- Greater opportunity to maker a difference
- Minimum administration required

A Cluster typically has between 2 and 4 small groups and may be built on a relational or geographic basis, but it all depends on the people involved.  Introducing our cluster leaders (profiles and info to follow):
